Kung Pow Kings Hockey Limited is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our members, their families, and visitors to our website.

We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and player details solely for the purpose of program registration, communication, and improving our services.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe) or as required by law.

All personal data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the program start date are subject to a 50% administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If a participant fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session is forfeited.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at programs@kungpowkingshockey.com with your registration details. KPK reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrolment, in which case full refunds will be issued.

When you pay, your card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Kung Pow Kings Hockey never sees, handles, or stores your full card number — we only receive a secure token and the last four digits for reference.

If you choose the installment plan available on eligible packages, you authorize KPK to securely save your card with Stripe and automatically charge the remaining balance on the scheduled date. You will receive an email confirming the schedule when you make your first payment, and a receipt when the balance is charged.

To cancel a scheduled installment or update your card, contact us at programs@kungpowkingshockey.com before the balance due date. If an automatic charge fails, Stripe will notify you and retry; your child's place is not affected while we work with you to complete payment.

Consistent attendance is essential for player development and team cohesion. The following attendance rules apply to all KPK programs:

• No-shows: No refund or make-up lesson will be provided for sessions missed without prior notice.
• Travel: No make-up lessons will be arranged for absences due to travel or personal holidays. Please plan travel around the program schedule.
• Make-up lessons: Each participant is entitled to a maximum of two (2) make-up lessons per program. Make-up lessons are only available when supported by a valid doctor's note or an official school notice (e.g. exam schedule, school event). Documentation must be provided to the KPK admin team before a make-up can be arranged.

All make-up sessions are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. KPK will do its best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee a make-up slot in every case.
