In-line hockey and floorball are gaining recognition as effective supplementary sports for ice hockey players. These fast-paced games enhance crucial skills such as agility, hand-eye coordination, and stickhandling, all of which translate seamlessly to the ice. The lower injury risk and year-round playability of in-line hockey and floorball allow players to maintain their physical fitness and improve their game sense without the constraints of ice availability. Furthermore, the emphasis on teamwork and communication in both sports fosters essential interpersonal skills. Incorporating these activities into training regimens not only enriches players' abilities but also keeps their passion for the game alive throughout the year.
