This season we are combining the two hours to give the students more ice time to play games and to LEARN TO PLAY the game while also giving the students a skill session to improve on for the next week. We have also included 1 hour of in-line hockey training and an hour of floorball training. In-line hockey has been a proven method to improve skating and game understanding for ice hockey while also improving all other skills. Floorball games help players understand the game of hockey and also helps with stickhandling technique quite often improving "soft hands" for controlling pucks.
