The lower injury risk and year-round playability of in-line hockey and floorball allow players to maintain their physical fitness and improve their game sense without the constraints of ice availability. Furthermore, the emphasis on teamwork and communication in both sports fosters essential interpersonal skills. Incorporating these activities into training regimens not only enriches players' abilities but also keeps their passion for the game alive throughout the year.
